Wormwood bush

-- By  Valerian in  USA on Thu, 9 Feb 2012 at 18:21.

I have been growing my own wormwood bushes. I have tried several combinations of wormwood leaves, wormwood bark, and wormwood buds in making absinthe. Can't seem to get it right. Does anyone know EXACTLY what part of artemisia absinthium is in the "wormwood ingredient" for absinthe?

Absinthe
Absinthe: The symbol of 'la vie boheme' for over a hundred years. More than a century on, the drink still retains its original appeal.
